From the Tracks
City Backside (Chicago, IL)
This is the side of Chicago you don't often see unless you ride the elevated trains. Plenty of people lounge on the back porches, or leave their windows open on the side facing the tracks. They don't seem to mind people like me who love to peek into their lives.
Shhh... don't tell them you can see in, they probably think your going too fast to see anything.
Riding the El (L? Here I'm trying to be hip and call it by its nickname, and I don't know how to spell it) is something I always wanted to do in Chicago. Now I'm definitely going to go on it next time I'm there!

I see it written in the papers as "L".
We just got a new line and I LOVE it. It's PINK.
Hi Monique,
Very beautifull pictures you have, congratulations.
Very well done,
My best
